Memory cards

Industrial cards: PCMCIA, CompactFlash, Secure Digital, Fujisoku, Panasonic, MIPS and contactless.

PCMCIA cards (or „PC cards“) as ATA flash, SRAM or linear flash memory cards.

CompactFlash cards industrial grade, with metal case and an extended temperature range of --40°C to +85°C.

SD cards (SD 1.0 and 1.1) up to 2GB, and SDHC cards (SD 2.0) from 4GB up to 32GB.

The Fujisoku 38-Pin cards are 8-bit cards (identical with the ITT-Canon „Starcard“) and only as SRAM available.

The Panasonic 34-Pin SRAM cards are 8-bit memory cards.

MIPS cards are available since 1983 as OTP or Flash.

We offer contactless memory cards from the japanese manufacturer LSI and also the new austrian system „MEMO“.
