PCMCIA SRAM

TecSys offers SRAM PC cards from manufacturer Pretec (up to 16MB) and Panasonic, for all applications. The SRAM PC cards are compliant to the PCMCIA JEIDA standard.

SRAM cards contain two batteries: one exchangable main battery, and one small, intern and rechargable battery who can maintain the data for 20 minutes when the main battery is off.

A small write-protect switch on the side protects from unexpected data loss.
