SD / SDHC

SD cards use ATA-Flash technology, with FAT16 file system. The norm for SD cards defines a memory capacity up to 1GB (SD 1.0) and 2GB (SD 1.1).

SDHC (SD 2.0) cards are formatted in the FAT32 file system. The SD 2.0 norm allows memory capacities from 4GB up to 32GB.
